Prepare The Library

Use folders for the show structure:

• Show A/Act 1/...
• Show A/Act 2/...
• Show B/Dance breaks/...
• Show B/Entrances/...

Save Phrases By Cue

Good phrase names:

• Scene 3 entrance
• Underscore under line
• Dance break
• Button ending
• Blackout transition

Rehearsal Tip

Save one phrase for the problem spot and one phrase that starts earlier. Drill the problem spot first, then check the full lead-in.
