Use CuePlayer when the hard part is a small part of the recording.

Practice A Difficult Section

1. Set the phrase around the smallest section that fails.
2. Slow playback down.
3. Loop until the notes, rhythm, or entrance are stable.
4. Increase speed gradually.
5. Expand the phrase to include the bar before and after.

Good Phrase Names

• Bar 24 entrance
• Triplet run
• Solo pickup
• Left hand jump
• Backing vocals

Avoid Practicing The Mistake

If you keep failing at full speed, slow down earlier. Repetition only helps when the repeated version is correct enough.
