Working With One Phrase

Lite gives you one active phrase. Treat it like a temporary practice marker.

A Good Lite Session

1. Set a phrase that is small enough to repeat without fatigue.
2. Loop it until the movement, notes, or words become stable.
3. Widen the phrase slightly to include the entrance or exit.
4. Turn looping off for one clean rep.
5. Widen the phrase to check what comes after it.

Replacing The Phrase

Move the handles whenever the next section needs work. Lite does not keep a list of previous phrases, so write down important timestamps if you need to return to them later.

Use Share Links For Temporary Notes

The share link can carry the current phrase timing and speed. It is useful for sending a practice target to someone who already has the same file (or yourself for later use).
